Recipe of the Week:

                                                             Haddock on the Lo

Serves 2-3 people

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Haddock Fish
- 2 cubanel peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 inch slice onion
- Red cabbage
- Bean sprouts
- fresh ginger (to taste)
- 1 pkg Fresh Chinese Lomein Noodles
- EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- 1 pkt vegetable seasoning
- cajun (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)

Steps:
1. Fill a pot with water and put it over high heat, seasoning with salt for the noodles.
2. Slice peppers, mince garlic & ginger, and chop onion & cabbage.
3. Get a large skillet and drizzle some EVOO in the bottom. Let that heat up for the fish.
4. Get another large skillet, add some EVOO and let that heat up for the vegetables.
5. Once the oil for the fish is heated, place the fish in the pan and liberally season both sides with Cajun.
6. Saute cabbage, peppers, and onions until tender. Then add the garlic, ginger, and bean sprouts and saute until tender again.
7. Once the water is boiling add the noodles and follow package directions.
8. Keep an eye on the fish, flipping occasionally. When it's done, turn off the heat.
9. Whent the noodles are done cooking, drain them and add them to the vegetables.
10. Turn the heat back on to combine everything and reheat.
11. Serve with fish on top of noodles.
